This work stems from the conflict between the pursuit of happiness and the unavoidable struggles of pursuing something not able to be found outside of oneself. 

Hedonism and the mundane satisfactions it gives in the short term are frequently used topics in my recent work.  

The apparent absurd juxtaposition of the tube and the child’s chair, connected in terms of form and colour, reflect in their bizarre combination the absurdity of being.
